This lovely St. John, VI, vacation villa rental is a condo. It has 1 air conditioned bedroom and 1 bath, a queen size sofabed, and an airbed if you need it. It's set in a Caribbean tropical garden and has very a nice view of Pillsbury Sound and the Caribbean Sea overlooking the south side of St. Thomas. Please note that Hillside Bliss and Coral and Blue share the same entry stairs and can be rented as a combination for 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for up to 4 couples.

This rental is very spacious with room to spare. The rental space is about 1100 square feet including the covered porch. The great room is bigger than many of the smaller houses have that are for rent here. A breeze is normally blowing keeping it quite comfortable. But, if you need them, there are ceiling fans too. The air conditioned bedroom and bath are downstairs. With the convertible couch in the living room, this unit will comfortably accommodate 2 couples or a family with its two queen sized beds. An airbed is available if you need that one more sleeping place, too. There's a coin operated washer and drier in the building, so pack light (We have an iron and ironing board if you need them). It's only a mile from the town of Cruz Bay. And, in less than a 10 minute drive, you can be at one of the famous north shore beaches. We'll leave you some wine, beer, soda, snacks, and will partially stock the shelves. We supply your towels and linens, soap and shampoo, and a hairdrier. There's a couple of beach chairs, a cooler you can take to the beach, and an icemaker in the kitchen. There are pails and shovels for the kids of any age, and a beach umbrella.

The pool, just a couple of flights of stairs away, is big enough to swim laps in, and the view is wonderful. There's a gas grill that you can use by the pool too. Click the picture for the view from the pool.
	There is a splendid view from the covered 8 X 21 foot porch overlooking Pillsbury Sound and the Caribbean Sea. (The photo at the very top of this page and the above and below sunset pictures were taken from the porch) A table with 4 chairs is fantastic for casual dining and the chaise lounges are a great place to just sit, relax, and watch the birds shown at the bottom of this page.
	The living room has a loveseat, queen sized sofa bed, and a chair. There is 27" TV with cable and a DVD player, and a stereo that will play CD's and cassette tapes. There's also a telephone with it's own private number, and an answering machine. A computer with a CD writer is available. It's perfect for storing your daily digital pictures before you put them on a CD to bring them home. Internet can also be arranged.
The dining area has a glass top table and 6 chairs, but you'll probably dine more often on the porch.
	The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped from the stove to a blender with everything in between, including an icemaker, and a cooler you can take to the beach. You also may use the gas grill by the pool.
	The bedroom is air conditioned and has a queen sized bed, 5 drawer dresser, closet, and an alarm clock. There is a convertible sofa in the living room too.
	For those of you who love the sunsets, here's one more from the porch.

We have some visiting birds at the condo. Enjoy them with your morning coffee while sitting on the porch. Just set out a dish or a bowl with a couple of spoonfulls of sugar.
