The ever present trade winds keep it comfortable. But, if you need them, there are ceiling fans and there
is AC is both bedrooms. This rental is all on one floor with the pool is on
the same level. The owners live upstairs and are available to answer
questions but respect their tenant's privacy. This rental will comfortably accommodate 2 couples or a family
of 4 with its two king sized beds. One of them can be configured as twins.
In less than a 10 minute drive, you can be at one of the famous north shore beaches. |

The living area has a loveseat and a full sized sofa. There is a 42" flat screen TV with cable and a DVD and VCR players, and a stereo that will play CD's and cassette tapes. Check out the movie library while you are here. | |

The dining area has seating for 4, but you'll probably dine more often on the porch. | |

The kitchen is fully equipped from the stove to a blender with everything in between. There's cooler you can take to the beach, and a gas grill on the porch. | |

The bedrooms are spacious, have king sized beds (one has the option of being set up as twins), and are air conditioned. |  |

These rates are based on seven nights. We have a minimum stay of four nights, which is pro-rated at $200 a night in off season and $300 a night in on season; plus an additional $100 short term stay charge. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Within two weeks of arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable; deposit is non-refundable after that.
