The arched entry to "Pink Horses" leads into the outdoor kitchen area with overhead pergola.  The area features seating for four, granite countertops, and all stainless steel equipment including an under-counter refrigerator, large built-in gas grill, and sink with a water purification system.  In the very near future, a garden dining and seating area will be added near the arched entry.

	Beautiful French doors lead into the Great Room with cathedral ceiling.  The living area is beautifully furnished with oversized tropical wood chairs, 8' mahogany sofa, china cabinet, and game table.  The living and kitchen areas are separated by a large countertop with seating for 4 and is perfect for "island-style" entertaining.  A second set of French doors lead to the spacious upper deck with breathtaking views of Coral Harbor, the Caribbean Sea, and outward to the British Virgin Islands.
	The "Great Room" is also home to the large open kitchen area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliance including a dishwasher, convection oven, ice making double-door refrigerator with purified water dispenser in the door.

The air-conditioned master bedroom and bathroom are located off the "Great Room".  The room is bright and well appointed with a king 4-poster bed, large hutch, and a closet with Shoji screen sliders.  Again, French doors lead out to the upper deck which is perfect for viewing the spectacular Caribbean sun and moon risings.  The ensuite bathroom offers double stone sinks, plenty of storage and a large indoor shower connected to a beautiful outdoor stone shower.

 

The lower deck offers a generous sized pool and outdoor lounging area surrounded by beautiful landscaping.  Again, this deck offers wonderful Caribbean water views.

Located off the pool deck is the second air-conditioned bedroom consisting of a beautiful 4-poster queen bed, extra storage in another closet with Shoji screen sliders.
